Brief Description 

       Basic topic is the establishment of World Federation and World Government and a philosophy on how we can be happy.  This book is composed of 407 pages.  This book is aiming to show the benefits of World Federation and World Government and to consider a philosophy on how we should live if we want to be happy.  This is not a book for experts of economics or politics.  This is a book for readers who can read newspaper.  If we want to be happy, we need a philosophy.  So, at first, we must consider our world and life.  After considering our world and life, we can consider a philosophy on how we can be happy.  In other words, after considering our world and life, we must consider our soul.  So, we consider Universe, life, and soul.  If we have a philosophy on how we can be happy, we can consider what we must do to be happy.  We must do many things to be happy.  But we need not do everything.  If we understand common sense and do our best, we can be happy.  World Federation and World Government are one of those things we must understand and support.
       Many new ideas are introduced in this book.  The idea on the mechanism of preventing cancer emerged in author's mind around 1988.  I sent this idea to some researchers in USA.  I got some replies and this idea is becoming a common sense among ordinary citizen.  Einstein's idea on the time is denied by author's idea.  This is also written in this book. 

Basic Contents 

       Chapter I  INTRODUCTION 

       Basic policy of this book is written.  Author aims to write international and inter-age English.  International English is the English understandable for people whose native language is not English.  Inter-age English is the English understandable for people in the future.       Basically, this book was written on the basis of scientific thoughts.  But, some parts are written on the basis of author's imagination.  Mere imagination is valuable if it is closer to the truth than conventional thoughts. 

       Chapter II  PRESENT WORLD 

       Situation of present world is introduced.  Basically, there are about 6 billion and 500 million people in the world.  But, 1 billion people are in the state of malnutrition and a half of adults is illiterate.  War has not been terminated yet.  So, poverty eradication and termination of war are one of the most important topics in the present world.  At the same time, many people are getting rich and getting the freedom.  So, we need a philosophy to be happy in an affluent and free society. 

       Chapter III  SOME IMPORTANT THOUGHTS 

       Some important thoughts which can explain the cause of situation of present world is considered.  They are mostly theories of economics.  They are Adam Smith's theory, Malthus's theory, Marx' theory, Prebisch-Singer Thesis, and dependency theory.  If we think about Marx's theory from a new viewpoint, Marx's theory can explain the cause of poverty in the world.  Namely, in the present world, there are many poor people.  They are poor not because their wage is low but because they cannot get job.  They can be called the Industrial Reserve Army.  Namely, if we see the world economy as one big economy, we can say that Marx's theory is applicable to the present world. 

       Chapter IV  RELIGIOUS THOUGHTS 

       This is a chapter to consider how we can be happy from the religious viewpoint.  If we want to be happy, we must understand the essence of our world and that of life.  After that, we must consider the essence of soul.  Author thinks that soul has following abilities. 

1.  Soul can keep important memories, talent, religious mind, etc. even after reincarnation.
2.  Soul can create life.
3.  Soul can control the body of life.
4.  Soul can make life evolve by affecting the arrangement of four bases of DNA.
5.  Soul can affect the reincarnation of other souls.  So, the reincarnation of each soul is affected by other souls. 

       After considering these things, we can consider what we should do if we want to be happy.  After having the image of our world and that of life, we read a story of seven souls.  Seven souls repeat reincarnation.  We can know from their reincarnation why some people are happy and some people are not.  Image of our world is shown by considering the Universe.  Our Universe is expanding.  The speed of expansion is accelerating.  It is said that the repulsive force of Dark Energy is the cause of accelerating speed of expansion.  But quite a different idea emerged in author's mind.  As for the image of life, the mechanism of preventing cancer is introduced.  This idea emerged in author's mind and author sent it to researchers in USA around 1988.  Author got some replies.  This idea is becoming a common sense among ordinary citizen.  Author thinks reincarnation is possible.  After reading the image of our world and life, we read a story of seven souls.  Life of great people can be considered by this thought of reincarnation.  Life of Marx, Edison, Einstein, Gogh, Keynes, etc. is considered from the viewpoint of reincarnation.  If we consider their life from the viewpoint of reincarnations, we can understand why Marx and Keynes are so different.

       This chapter was written on the basis of author's imagination.  Namely, this chapter is based on unscientific thoughts of author.  So, this chapter was named RELIGIOUS THOUGHTS.  Religion is unscientific but makes people move.  In other word, religion affects the politics.  Mere imagination is important if it is closer to the truth than conventional thoughts. 

       Chapter V  WORLD FEDERATION AND WORLD GOVERNMENT 

       Benefits of World Federation and World Government are introduced and some actual movements are introduced.  Basically, World Federation and World Government have following benefits. 

1.  World Government can reduce or prevent the war and so the destruction by war is reduced or prevented.
2.  World Government can reduce the military expenditure.
3.  Fluctuation of exchange rate will be removed because the World Central Bank will issue the international common currency. 

       Author's idea for establishing World Federation and World Government is introduced.  It is a political party which cooperates internationally.  World Party was founded on the basis of the thought of international party.  Now World Party has 44 branches in the world at the point of December 2008 though members are all volunteers. 

       Chapter VI  FINALLY 

       Contents are summarized and some new ideas are added.  In the section for "Some Important Thoughts," Jeffrey D. Sachs's thought is denied by author' idea.  His thought is based on the orthodox thought of modern economics.  He insists that the poverty will be eradicated within a few decades.  But, if we take the fall of rate of profit into account, his though is denied.  In the section for "Religious Thoughts," Einstein's idea on the time, namely theory of relativity, is denied by author's idea.  Author's idea why we must support World Federation and World Government is shown.  Basically, if we want to be happy, we must follow the will of God.  God wants to make heaven on the Earth.  So, we must support World Federation and World Government.       Basically, in this book, essence of Universe and life is considered.  After considering this, we consider soul.  After considering these things, we consider what we must do.  This consideration will become a common sense in the 21^st century. 

       EPILOGUE 

       Author's latest ideas are introduced.  New idea on the origin of Universe is shown.  This is the essence of our world.  In this world, souls repeat the reincarnation.
